It was the worst experience. My wife was treated very rudely. He even hurt her by pulling her hair to fix the wires on her head. The place was also very cold, and she couldn't rest. The person was upset, and it was very unpleasant. He is a very dirty person with a bad smell.
Bad bad bad the workers are so rude my wife was treated badly she gets the exam last night and the experience was horrible, I don't recommend this place.
The place is clean, but I definitely won't be returning. I was supposed to have a sleep study done, and it was the worst night of my life. The man who attended to me had to be very close to me to attach the cables, and he smelled terribly of sweat! He told me I couldn't move because otherwise he would disconnect the cables, which I understand, but unfortunately, I can't sleep on my back. I tried, but my back started hurting terribly, so I carefully tried to turn over, since I had been trying to sleep for quite some time. Immediately, this man came over in a bad mood, turned on the lights, told me I was moving around too much, and roughly repositioned me. Due to back pain and feeling very hot, I couldn't sleep. I don't know what time it was, but I estimate it was around 1 AM. He obviously noticed this through the cameras and came in several times to ask why I had back pain and told me I should sleep without moving. When the study was finally over at 5:30 AM, he roughly removed everything and told me I needed to do something about my pain, saying the study had been very difficult because I wasn't cooperating. I definitely do not recommend this place.
This is by far the worst operating sleep clinic in THE ENTIRE FIVE BOUGHS OF NEW YORK. I can not stress enough how badly this place is managed. From doctors that don’t seem to ever be present, and when they happen to drop by the office are dismissive and uninterested in the actual case at hand. To a staff that is hostile, dismissive, and uninformed. I was issued, by this clinic, a Phillips Industry’s Dreamcast CPAP machine, a machine that has been recalled worldwide due to highly dangerous heath issues, Nocturnal Sleep Diagnostics not only failed to inform me about the recall and potential health hazard, but when I reached out to them myself on this matter, the clinic decided to put me on a list months long in order to maybe have the possibility of seeing one of their elusive doctors to discuss my options, keep in mind there could long lasting health effect with the equipment they supplied me, and no one seemed to care. I can only imagine how many of their patients they have endangered and continue to do so by their lack of care and actions on issues like this. Please DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER patronize this clinic, go anywhere else if you have sleep issues. It is my wish that this business is closed down, fined, or restaffed and managed by actual sleep professionals that are properly trained to care for patients in a concerned and ethical way.
