I’m trying to speak with someone over the telephone. I got a call from Washington University, pediatric neurology I can’t even get a human being on the phone and every time I think I can I get another message another message another message. This is ridiculous that I cannot speak to a person I don’t have a my chart yet because my kids haven’t even been there yet. They are coming in as a referral.
