*** update it’s been almost three weeks of calling and messaging and still my name hasn’t been changed. Tarshia literally does nothing and is rude and inconsiderate. I’ll just cancel my appointment and go elsewhere. Dr. Puliti is excellent and deserves 5 stars but the office staff are sub par. I’ve been trying for a week to get my name changed on my chart so my insurance matches as well as I need referrals to other offices and they didn’t give me any time frame of when it will be done they just said “allow additional time” it took a week for that answer. This is someone’s health you are putting at risk. Also saw an apn there who couldn’t be bothered with me when I was sick and needed test results and a note to back to go to work.
