Dr. Qadoom is an incredible physician. He is caring, thorough, thoughtful and takes the time to help. His clinical knowledge is unsurpassed. I had been misdiagnosed multiple times over 30 years. Dr. Qadoom did not stop until he found the right solution. I have a whole new life because of him! His staff is excellent and care just as deeply as he does! I wish there were more stars to rate them all higher!
I had an incredible experience at this sleep clinic and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Doctor’s offices have always made me nervous, so that kind of atmosphere made a big difference for me. But what truly stood out was Dr. Qadoom, he is absolutely amazing! He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. His knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail were evident from our very first consultation. Thanks to his personalized care and thoughtful guidance, I finally feel like I’m on the right path to getting quality sleep. Hey, just want to put in a warning about this practice. Also as a note, I do work in healthcare so I was able to figure things out but most other folks probably don't. I went here to try and get a specific referral. I went into the office and spent time with a Physicians Assistant (who was great) and then the doctor came in and out and would have spent very little time had I not asked him questions. He said that to get a referral I would need to have a sleep study which was fine, he initially said it would be 100$ but not the 170 dollars that they are now charging me for. I specifically asked the cost and they said it was 100$ not providing the required good faith estimate which is required by law. At the end of the consult, the provider knew I was in healthcare and said I should recommend his practice to everyone. The team provided me a referral to someplace that does not accept my insurance and when I emailed them asking for another referral they said that the place they referred would take my insurance and when I stated again they didn't and I needed another location, they said they would not and it would be my responsibility. I called around and initially found a place that looked like they did but then they did not. I had to do research on my own to find a facility to do it and I have to wait several months to get in and I will have to pay for all of the services again that this office said they would provide and didn't. They still stated they did provide the service but nothing actually is happening for me. Don't trust them with anything, I could have saved myself several hours and hundreds of dollars just doing this on my own instead of trusting this practice.
Dr.Qadoom and staff were able to resolve the issues with my cpap machine making too much noise. In addition Dr. Qadoom changed my supply providers to Total Respiratory so I'm equally satisfied.
