Disappointed. Rescheduled sleep study twice out of convince for Rocky Mountain and they “had an emergency” which I was understanding of. We rescheduled for an entire month later to receive this level of service. I received a appt confirmation call from Connie the afternoon of our appt. The evening comes, I pay a sitter to cover my other child. Arrive 10 minutes early for my 2 year old daughters sleep study to find the door locked, lights off. Nobody on duty. I call the after hours line speak to “Whitney” who informs me an employee named Alex is marked clocked in/on duty. I explain to her nobody is here door is locked. She calls manager, calls me back to say Alex is supposedly on the way to unlock the door. I decide to wait as my daughter needs this sleep study prior to her scheduled ENT surgery. 40 minutes pass, no response. I called Whitney back to tell her I’m disappointed and no longer putting my daughter through this and will be going home. This is my first experience with Rocky Mountain Sleep Center and it has been awful.
Kelly and Daniel were Amazing! I so appreciated all the care Daniel put into his shift when my 5 year old daughter was having her sleep apnea test done he made sure we were always confortable!
