The front office has a really bad attitude and response time. Ive been trying to get my records fixed to my primary care provider for iver 3 weeks. This place needs an office manager that cares. Its very obvious opus these employees just do not care about anything more than there hours they get to work.
I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES.LEFT MESSAGES..AND SPOKE TO A PERSON TO GET BACK TO ME.."JUST GET BACK!" .WITH NO CALL BACK FOR WEEKS..WHEN FILLING OUT FORMS ON LINE..WOULD NOT LET ME FINISH AND GET MORE INFO..NOTHING WAS ASKED ABOUT MY BAD BACK..SO THE DATA WOULD NOT BE ANY GOOD BECAUSE I KEPT WAKING UP FROM PAIN..NOT ENOUGH RECLINING BEDS..ASKING MY WORKER BEATRICE TO CALL ME TO ANSWER A QUESTION "NO RETURN CALL WHATSOEVER...AND I LEFT A NOTE SHE WAS GOOD..I WAS BEING POLITE!...WHO DO I CONTACT ?FOR THIS TEST WHICH WAS NO GOOD!
