She took her time to understand my situation, I now have a clear path forward.
I was reluctant about writing my review, but after today’s conversation, I felt the need to. For the last several months, have been going back & forth with the office regarding Zepbound. It was her office & not my primary provider who suggested it. They have been giving me the run around with my insurance.. claiming they have contacted the Pharmacy who was to provide the Zepbound. Yet Express Script have no information where Dr Sara has reached out to them. Then I’m told today that they’re no longer doing the approval/prior authorization & that I need to reach out to my primary doctor. They don’t follow up yet they say they will reach out to me once they speak with the pharmacy. They’re good about scheduling the Study bc it’s about money for them . It takes at least a month to discuss the results (I’ve had two studies done), & they scheduled me for another one next month. However, I will not be doing another study with them .
I called Thurs to make appt, got recording which said they will call me within 24 hours - they did! Received an appt for Monday. Receptionist was very nice, processed me in & took me to waiting room to fill out paperwork. The second I was done a nice young lady said we are ready for you - perfect timing! The PA is outstanding! Knowledgeable, friendly & listened!! Thanks.
Wonderful place! Staff were very kind and attentive! Dr. Sara is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I said and explained everything to me making sure I understood it all!
I was referred to Dr Sara by my pain management doctor after telling him I have trouble sleeping at night. I was already having difficulty because of extreme pain but on top of that I stop breathing about 30 times over a night. Thanks to Dr. Sara. I’m getting more sleep. Which overall helps live a better Life. It was very scary when I would wake up out of my sleep trying to catch my breath. Always thinking I may not wake up in time. Her office is always nice, comfortable and clean. Thank you very much Dr. Sara
