Terrible at communicating and returning calls. Constantly calling, on different days and at different times, no one ever answers. I got lost on my way over because this facility has two addresses....and I kept calling and calling (about 5 mins after the time of my apt.) and leaving voicemails telling them I am on my way, and no answer...again. Then I get there and they left for the day...at 12pm on a weekday.
