Pepe is a great individual. He knew exactly what he was doing.... no waiting just right to it!!! Definitely recommend this office. Felt relaxed and comfortable!!! Awesome place
Believe the reviews on here. The sleep study itself went smoothly, but the office is rude and incompetent. A month and a half after the study and they have nothing but excuses as to why the results haven't been sent to my primary care provider. They also aren't returning calls to my provider. But they've already billed my insurance. Interesting how that rolls.
One star is generous. I have been trying to get a sleep study scheduled with the center since March 1, 2023. I have called 9 times over the past 7 weeks and left messages with a rare person, but usually a machine, stating the date of my referral, my personal information and contact information and have gotten NO response. I have tried to contact them via Providence administration - no success. I have just spend over fifteen minutes on hold (listening to their extraordinarily cheesy system-wide hold music) with their main office in Orange County. No answer yet, but I have plenty of time to compose this note. Providence, your communications are abysmal and your administration should be ashamed.
After MANY unreturned phone messages being left, I finally got an appt only to have to return because there wasn’t enough time to gather info before the staff’s shift was over. I got another study scheduled thanks to Dr. Gambin’s requesting the appointment. Upon leaving the facility, I forgot my “My Pillow”. I called right away several times but, of course, no answer. I physically went into the office only to find NO PILLOW. They were going to call me by Friday to give me an update- NO RESPONSE received. This is the most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with. And apparently personal items are not safe there.
After 4 months of trying to get a sleep study scheduled at St Joe’s Eureka, I had to give up. And I’ll travel 6 hours back to proper care in the UC system. Very frustrating. The center wouldn’t pick up the phone and do the work to support the patient and instead delayed at every minute they could. What was previously scheduled in the UC system almost overnight still hasn’t moved after 4 months of waiting.
