Terrible they dont follow up and nobody even called to give me the machine i ordered.. these people just want money
They are impossible to get ahold of. They cancelled a sleep study that I had scheduled 5 MONTHS prior because THEY didn’t allot enough time. When I tried to reschedule I could not get ahold of anyone to get it scheduled. I have messaged them through My Heath At Vanderbilt and I have called multiple times, they have never responded. DO NOT come here, literally go anywhere else.

I can’t get anyone to call me back for over a week. Have left 2 messages through the portal and 2 messages through patient access.
Called after ten minutes late per instructions to check status of appointment. Desk personnel said “this is normal and to just wait but if they don’t show up after thirty minutes, they’re not coming”. I waited till 10:30 for a 10:00 appointment and signed out. Later I was checking my email and saw a message at 10:41 that they were ready. Poor business and just sad! Never had this happen with any present physicians even during the pandemic.
