Above expectations. Procedure was explained fully. My room was comfortable with a large TV and full private bath. My Technician Joanna was very efficient with application of the wiring harness (24 leads) & CPAP and answered all my questions. Biggest part: actually able to sleep with all the electrodes and mask!
I have been a patient since 2019 and I have always felt I w as in the midst of experts at what they do. Dr. Johri has been very helpful and supportive with my illness as it progresses. I truly appreciate her style and dedication to me and my family as well. She answers questions and takes time to listen to concerns I have.
I needed a very last minute appointment and I was able to see Dr. Sentz. He is very professional, amazing bedside manners, and thorough with the discussion/visit. First time meeting him and he asked about all my previous history, including the health of other family members. He READ my whole chart! Not that doctors shouldn’t do that, but I have yet to see other doctors who do. Amazing experience, overall, and I am completely switching to this practice for allergy testing and management as well. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Sentz.
I originally had an office appointment and I couldn't go in because I wasn't feeling well. I called to see what could be done and the scheduler was so kind and patient and set me up for a Telemed call. It was really great and I was so relieved. I spoke to the NP and she gave me a good report. It helped to make my day and I wouldn't mind having Telemed calls for all update appointments.
The staff here is very pleasant and accommodating. The physical plant is clean and pleasing. My doctor, John Sentz, is so wonderful, kind and caring. He detected another potentially dangerous health problem and directed me to the specialist I needed to see. He called me several times to inquire about my welfare and I found him so easy to talk to. My only reason for giving PAR four stars, was the front desk. Although there are at least six sign in stations, rarely are there more than two of them manned with three or four girls roaming around in the background. The wait to sign in is too long!
