My experience with Dothan office has been stellar. They made sure insurance prior authorization obtained before services. Sleep study in the office made an awkward, unfamiliar test and process fun, yes, fun! These people love what they do and sharing as much knowledge as the patient wants to absorb. Talking with staff on phone? So pleasant. They anticipate sleep study is foreign territory for us and patiently listen and clarify until they know how to help you or redirect you. Because sleep study provided in office setting my HUMANA advantage was super reasonable copay. Thank you for coming to Dothan USDC.
