Very rude scheduling staff. They canceled an appointment because THEY are doing something wrong with my insurance. Something THEY are doing is causing it to come back as lapsed. Even though the appointment is a month and a half away, so plenty of time to sort out the problem. While I was trying to get into my insurance site to verify the number, the scheduler hung up on me. Nobody should do business with these people.

Unorganized and Super unsanitary. You meet with a doctor and they decide if you need to do a sleep study. Then, you wait at least a week for a call to schedule the sleep study. Then you go in to pick up the equipment 3 weeks later (or more). They give you a "lunch box" like container with instructions and items in it. It contains 3 elastic straps that who knows where they have been. It says to wear over clothing and put under your armpits...but does everyone REALLY follow those directions? A lot of men who need this sleep study are over weight and get VERY sweaty at night. Many of whom sleep top less, especially in the summer. Take a minute and think about that. I have no clue as to when or IF they have been washed. Second, You are supposed to put a plastic breathing tube in your nose, it is NOT new. We were told it was "wiped down" with a hospital sanitary wipe. I am not very comfortable with putting a breathing tube up my nose that somebody's could-be sick relative had used last night. All of which, each of the above mentioned items come in a reused zip lock bag. There is a reason the dentist uses disposable suction straws. There is a reason doctors give their patients the air tubes when they are done with breathing treatments. IT IS UNSANITARY TO REUSE A BREATHING TUBE. Please let the staff know you deserve a NEW breathing tube.
