Super sketchy place! I went there and the office was poorly maintained and a little dusty/musty. And I just received an email from them that has no unsubscribe option (just an 800 number to call with no humans answering it), I think this place might be a scam. Absolutely would not recommend.
Wonderful office, Dr. Morse is patient and practical and very good at his job!!! Easy flexibility to have telehealth visits as well makes appointments very convenient.
They are still trying to charge me and I haven’t used them in a while. Pretty much sums up my experience with them. They just want money and I tried to call the billing department, but they don’t respond. they will charge you for every single little thing and try to make more appointments than necessary. I have a friend who went to his primary doctor and got everything he needed in two visits they made me go like 10 visits just so they could keep charging me.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at this clinic. I found the receptionists to be kind, thorough, and don’t make the patient feel rushed. My follow-up telephone appointment by the Sleep Specialist was informative to confirm my apnea and gave me hard data about my breathing disturbances and oxygen levels that I had never known before. She gave me several recommendations of treatment and lifestyle options without sounding judgmental or “preachy”, which I greatly appreciate. Coordination with other medical professionals was seamless and prompt. I would recommend this Sleep Center to others.
All the staff people I interacted with were kind, competent, and helpful. I did a video conference appointment with my Dr. Morse. We had a good consultation and my questions were answered. I live several hours away so video conference enables me continue to work with my doctor. The only challenge is the phones are in heavy use. They have added an option to leave a message if you get tired of waiting on hold. I am happy with their services.
