The office manager would not return any phone calls. I couldn't get help from the receptionist because she dropped the ball and now the office manager is doing the same thing. I have cancelled my husband and my appointments because they are too busy to help my husband who has lung cancer. I'm very disappointed with their customer service
They really do not care about the patient's. Waited 2 mos for them to tell me I had to see a specialist, went for a biopsy and.was told results not there, I had the results in my portal for 4 days. They continue to make u pay co pays to send u to another dr. To pay again for results from another specialist ,which they had in their file the entire time. They say you might have cancer, and then you wait almost 8 weeks to get appt . For biopsy Office says it a norma l amount time for them. I feel it's a long time to make u wait. They can not seem to locate or keep tract of test results. They often can not find results which they have been sent . They have a habit of canceling appts. Very disorganized and the Malabar office smells like mold.
First of all now they want people to sign a form saying patient cannot give negative feedback online. First Red Flag. Good luck enforcing that bs. Second red flag every time you step through the door even if you have a simple question you will be billed a copay. Then later you will receive additional bills if they don't like what your insurance company pays. Sleep Apnea is their answer for everything with cpap prescribed. 3rd red flag. Office waiting room looks like a dark dingy cramped moldy basement. Avoid at all costs.

The office was very expedient. They paid attention to what I shared with them about my particular case and gave me all kinds of recommendations and told me exactly what was going to happen with the follow-ups. There is a decent bit of complexity when it comes to sleep. Apnea and the different factors that contribute to it. The doctor was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the process and I appreciated the time he gave me. The young women at the desk, specifically Jordan helped me out a lot so I knew what to expect and was able to work with me when scheduling.
