Just had my 2nd study done last night with cpap & had great experience both times! Heather knew her stuff plus alot of fun! Would recommend highly!
Don’t use this office…they lose faxes and make “notes” of calls that never took place. Horrible nurses and front of counter. Never even got to see a doctor with how awfully the office is ran.avoid at all costs…go to phoenixville or king of prussia
One of the lung doctors doesn't even remember what prescription he hands you vs. what is sent electronically to the pharmacy. The one receptionist will harass you by calling you back to back without any regard for you being at work, just to find a phone number she could have found on her own. Then, will tell you a huge difference between a singular copay for a single medication and catch an attitude with you when you are confused why the price she said, jumped more than 400$
There has to be a better way to do this. So many wires and sensors...it is almost impossible to sleep. Unfortunately..you have to jump through this hoop to get any treatment. Please be aware...the center will double dip. Though the doctor can order a split study....sleep study plus cpap fitting...usually they only order the sleep study. If you have obstructive sleep apnea...you will have to do it all over again to be fitted with cpap. This will take addition months to get an appointment, results and machine. Following the instruction sheet I was given...I 10 business days after the sleep study. I was rudely told that results are now taking 3 weeks to come back...sorry...I was just following the instructions YOU gave me. Practical stuff....bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wish each room was a suite...bathroom is in the hallway. Be aware that multiple folks will be having studies and using the same bathroom. Not a covid friendly set up!
Not as clinical as some doctor offices. This practice is smaller and seems more client friendly. They do sleep studies overnight on site and office visits in the same facility.
