I've been waiting several years for things to get lined up to get reconstructive surgery on my feet. Somehow, CCN and surgery doctors office can't seem to get coordinated on the authorization to get my feet done I might lose my feet because somebody couldn't be bothered
Place crab they don't know what they are doing they are always late by about an hour for appointments really need to shut this place down fire everyone
First visit with vet brother. The hospital is easy to maneuver, directions are excellent, staff are readily available and incredibly helpful, facility is very clean. Clinic visit was quick, organized and efficient. Very well done. Efficient and thorough. Parking was simple. Great first impression.
So far so good with this VA. The staff are amazing and supportive and the facility is very well kept. My fiance has never been treated like a problem or inconvenience and they even are just as nice to me as if we were legally married. Definitely a VA we don't dread going to. Well, unless it's a procedure day. Haha! Definitely beats the VAs up north by a long shot!
The majority of the time the people and staff at this VA hospital are sympathetic and top-notch, unfortunately, like all other VA hospitals, They have a bad habit of reacting the symptoms instead of being proactive with symptoms. Maybe that has to do, patient by patient, but when it comes to direct care, I have found great service here.
