Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! They are awful at getting back to you and then schedule an appointment but don’t have it when you show up!! So frustrating after many reassurances they are there to help.
Monique Hathaway was so knowledgeable. I learned so much about sleep disorders. And the possibility of me having one. I’m excited to see how my sleep can improve. Kelly was so personable & knowledgeable as well. Helped with insurance questions.

Permissions and appointments take forever to schedule. They don’t help you with your needs in timely or flexible manners. I’ve been exhausted for 4 months and I’m still waiting for my billionth test to tell me what on Earth is going on.
