I saw the doctor right away. She was very knowledgeable and straightforward on all my concerns.
After three weeks of calling and leaving messages in order to attempt to schedule a sleep study (with order from my primary care physician) I never even received a return phone call.
Doctor was very nice and helpful, but staff will not return my call to reschedule an appointment to pick up my at home sleep test.
The sleep center is CLEAN & well organized. The 2 ladies I mainly worked with Robyn & Phresia were like customer service agents. They did everything to make me happy & I had to have 3 studies. The bed is extremely comfortable. The experience with following up with the clinical staff was not to be desired. I had to follow up with Community Care & do my own appeal & send my own clinical information in order for me to get my script filled at Walgreens. That whole experience caused me alot of stress & it took 2 weeks to get script filled. Since having med for my disorder. I feel 100% better & appreciate Dr Dolin for prescribing that med.
The staff was very kind. They were calm and compassionate. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I could not sleep until about 2 am. Wake up time found me not ready to get up. The sleep measures I took for a restful night kicked in the next day and lasted about 18 hours off and on.
