Bad scene for me. Took in the device as requested. Supposedly there was no reading or numbers. No call back to me however. After 2 plus weeks, I called them. Ooh, sorry, they said. Took the device home (2nd try) and it didn't work. She gave me a broken device. I'm going to Boise.
I stayed overnight and most of the next day and both techs did an exceptional job. They were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Should of had my doctor's go ahead before the appointment
They had a cancellation and got me in last minute and that helped me get a surgery bumped up months and they diagnosed a sleep issue that I knew I had but the doctors back home missed and could have killed me during surgery. Talk about a primo team here !
Improvement needs to be made. It was not a good experience. The technician was over worked and had a heavy hand. . I had to leave because some of the belt fittings were tight and painful. Too much glue in my hair caused my hair to stick to the pillow. There was no manager on site to ask for help, or to make necessary corrections.
