The wait time was short an the doctor was able to answer all my questions. My appointment went very well.
Nice waiting room, friendly staff. Didn't have to wait very long for my husband to be called by nurse. Check-in easy on phone and sent prior to arrival time. Easy location to get too with good parking
There was a miscommunication between the reception desk and the doctors office. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time the doctor was walking past me on his way home, I reminded him that I had a 3:00 pm appointment with him and showed him my text. We immediately went back to the office and had a very professional and pleasant check up. I understand that “things happen sometimes “. The staff were apologetic and said they were about to call me because I had already pre registered and paid my co-pay. To paraphrase Cool Hand Luke… what we had here was a failure to communicate. The medical checkup gets 5 stars ⭐️ and the wait zero.
Took me back at the time of my appointment, doctors and staff were super friendly, In and out under 30 minutes. Doesn’t get much better than that. 😁
Had an appointment at 8:15 am. Was at the office at 7:55am. I was not called back to see the doctor until 9:45 am. Wait time is uncalled for. Almost a 2 hr wait to be called back to see the doctor.
