I have been going here for many many years. I like how Dr Fischer answers my questions and concerns and takes my opinion into consideration when prescribing a new medication. Now I don’t know what’s happened with the Office staff. I thought I had a sinus infection and I couldn’t get rid of it with over-the-counter medication. I tried calling the office they didn’t answer the phone. Now you leave a message and do not hear back from them anymore. I believe on their voicemail they say if it’s an emergency go to the hospital or try Urgent Care. They tell you to call first thing in the morning leave a message and they will call you if they can fit you in, but then you never hear back from them. I feel bad that the office staff has changed their procedure on how they answer calls.
My previous doctor retired so I’m now seeing Dr. Schulte. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since he’s a "new" doctor, but my experience with Dr. Schulte is exceptional. In my observation, he is dedicated to providing competent medical care, with compassion and respect. He took his time to explain and address all the questions. I felt comfortable, listened and well cared for.
I've been a patient here for quite awhile. One day they decided to quit answering there phone. Don't return voicemails, nothing. Good luck scheduling an appointment even if you're a patient!
I hardly know where to start with this review. I was fortunate enough to make Dr. Grinstead my new PCP back in 2020 when I contracted Covid. I was a very sick man along with my wife Pam. We had not taken the shot, fortunately or followed the risky CDC protocol. We praise God that Dr. Grinstead treated all our symptoms with skill and knowledge, and believe that he may have saved my life. Since then, I/we have had nothing but excellent health care from these professionals. Fortunately, we were also able to see our grandson's family become patients of Dr. Grinstead. We also can attest to the fact that our calls for appointments, scripts, and health questions are ALWAYS answered promptly with courteous replies and appropriate actions. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
I’ve gone to Holy Family my whole life and have had a great experience. A few years ago I became a patient of Dr. Grinstead and am so happy with that decision. He truly cares about his patients, he listens, and he tries to find real solutions. The nurses are also really sweet and caring. I would highly recommend Holy Family especially if you are Catholic/Christian.
