I am a retired health care worker, and found my experience this week with the Office Manager / CPAP Clinic Technician to be exceptional . I have been using a CPAP for 7 years, but it was determined at my yearly appointment with Dr. Dennis , that it needed to be replaced so a new one was ordered. When I began using the new machine obtained from a local medical supply company , I began having problems. I called Dr. Dennis' office and made an appointment with the CPAP Technician. She determined that the new machine I received was not the one that was ordered and promptly dealt with the issue. She was very kind and understanding, sharing her knowledge and years of experience with me. I called her when I got my new machine and suppies and she patiently helped me get it set up. I am grateful to her for resolving my sleep problems and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with CPAP issues.

I work in the health care field and I pray that our frontline never leaves a voicemail like the one I received. For you to tell me “ I’ve called you twice sooooooooooo hmmmmmm you just call back whenever. The heavy sigh at the end was the icing on the cake. Now note I have called back 4 times but they never answer the phone. Don’t think I was calling to schedule I was calling to complain because this is mo way to conduct business. I can’t wait to see my PCP so I can play her this voice message and I will be requesting a different center for my study.

My experience at The Arlington Sleep Disorder Center was unprofessional from the very beginning. When I first called to schedule my appointment, I made it clear that I needed the latest appointment possible. It felt like the receptionist didn’t even check the schedule or make an effort to accommodate my request. When I arrived for my initial visit, the atmosphere was uncomfortable—it felt more like I had shown up uninvited to someone’s home rather than a professional medical office. Once I met with the physician, I felt completely unheard. Instead of listening to my concerns, he lectured me without any understanding of my background or health history. To make matters worse, he told me my issues were due to being obese—something no physician has ever said to me in such a dismissive and insensitive manner. I chose not to return and informed my referring doctor about the experience. Patients deserve respect, compassion, and professionalism—none of which I felt during my time at this office.

I cannot say enough good things about the Arlington Sleep Disorder Center. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming the facility was. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a calming and professional environment, which made the entire process so much more comfortable. The staff here are truly exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the procedures clearly, and made sure I felt completely at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. If you’re dealing with sleep issues and need expert help, I highly recommend this center. The combination of top-tier care, a spotless facility, and such a compassionate team makes this place a true standout.
