I give 1 star because it’s been a week without my medication. I had my pulmonologist first appointment with Dr Eisen last week. She went through all my medical records and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Well it’s been a week now and the phones are done and no medication. I need to get a prior authorization for the medication she wrote because she put down brand only instead of generic. So now I’m waiting on them to answer the phone. I’ll update later to let you know what happens if I can ever get in touch with someone…..

Dr. Eisen is the BEST! I've been a patient for as long as she has had her own practice and she has always been there for me through some rough times that I've had and at least two bad bouts of pneumonia. You won't find a nicer, more dedicated and professional pulmonologist, no matter where you look.

I have had nothing but great care from Dr.Eisen. She is by far my favorite Dr, and I have several Dr's I see for various reasons. She takes time and she actually knows me! She recalls my history. Other Dr's I have act like they're seeing me for the first time every time.
