Good doctor
The doctor was fine! Whoever does their coding/billing don't know what they're doing! I had a sleep study done at the hospital but whoever submitted the bill coded it as being done in the doctor's office! So BCBS denied the claim because of that error! I've been on the phone with them numerous times trying to address this issue and it's still not resolved! BCBS will pay the claim but it has to be corrected on Dr Hakim's end! I'm not paying them for someone else's mistake! I already paid them right at $400 after I had the sleep study and I'm giving them any more money! I will NOT be going back to his office either!
Dr is very nice. He listened to all my concerns and I appreciate him for helping me.
Very poor service! They don't do their jobs effectively and it causes you problems with your own job. Nobody stays in the office and no one will return calls in a timely manner! I regret even going to this place due to their attitudes and incompetency.
Accused me of not paying my bill my Medicare deductible called my first doctor I went to at the beginning of the year got proof I paid my bill and steel told me that I have to find another doctor because I told her if I paid it that they would give me my money back when I got proof then she told me to find another doctor so they suck
