Overall I am happy with the Dr Nwabuobi. What I’m not happy with how test results were handled. It was over month for MRI and two weeks on the Nerve test total to the doctor. When I didn’t hear I called the office and told me well you have an appointment in January. They is unacceptable.
It’s always a pleasant experience for me whenever I visit the neurology Center. The doctors and everyone there are kind, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I live in another county but the teleconference appointments are very convenient for me and they are kind to offer those . I feel as if I matter to them and I always receive the best medical care. Neurologist Dr. Lynda Nwabuobi at the Neurological Center is truly exceptional. She listened carefully to my symptoms and immediately ordered the exact test I needed, something no other doctor had done in nearly three years of searching for answers. My experience with Ms. Bankert exceeded my expectations. She familiarized herself with my concerns ahead of the visit which made me feel comfortable and heard. It’s clear that she has a true passion for the work she does and the well-being of her patients.
A 5 star experience. I would especially like to thank FNP Elizabeth Bankert, as well as Dr. Jeffries - for being so kind and caring. They listen and understand your situation before giving you a diagnosis. They do a thorough job and always make me feel like a priority when I’m there. Every time I leave their office, I feel better than when I walked in.
