I have to admit I was skeptical prior to visit, but I'm glad I went. El was so experienced on everything she did, I felt like I was in good hands. If anyone has been afraid of going, don't be.
All staff were super attentive, detailed, professional, and kind. First time meeting Amanda — she was super sweet and on top of everything! Highly recommend Dr. Gupta and her team!
From check-in to check-out, this visit was smoother than my morning coffee. The front desk was efficient, my wait time was shorter than the time it takes to answer a text, and Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner, was both warm and impressively knowledgeable. She made the entire visit feel comfortable and thorough. If all appointments were this seamless, I’d almost start looking forward to them.
In my experience, Springfield Clinic staff are always friendly, helpful, compassionate, and competent. From the maintenance staff, to the volunteers, the receptionists, lab technicians, nurses, and doctors, I have had great interactions with everyone. I recommend Springfield Clinic to all my friends. In fact, I have switched all my doctors to ones at Springfield Clinic and am so happy with the move. One doctor saved my eyesight and another saved my life.
My appointment was prompt, appreciated that my time was valuable also. Joslin Taylor was attentive to my concerns and repeatedly asked me if I had any. questions to what she was explaining to about my condition. Left appointment with feeling that my issue was important and would be addressed in a well planned treatment protocol.
