My info didn't get cent to my UCLA where it was asked and scheduled to do.
Kathrine is the worst ever. She was disrespectful and kept yelling at me all the time. She was speaking slowly and yelling like I can't hear her. Every time I ask her something she says she doesn't know! Every single time. And she blamed me for her colleague mistake. They didn't send me the papers I needed to sign so she blamed me for that! She was very rude and of course didn't provide her manager's contact! Very unprofessional and careless. And of course she didn't check the system and doesn't know any thing about me or doesn't care at all about my symptoms. Stay away as much as you can otherwise you'll have the worst study done to you ever! Above all of that, she wants me to remind her of her work!
Do not waste your time going here. After 4 calls and leaving 2 messages I have yet to receive a call back from this establishment. If they are this poorly run that they can not even return a phone call I would not trust them to be competent in the other aspects off their services. I went with another sleep center.
