What a scam!!!!!!!!! May 21st 2024 I arrived at time specified. There were 2 other patients. I waited from 8pm until 11:30ish to begin the study. I literally fell asleep before she hooked me up. If you’re inclined to watch TV it might not matter but I don’t. I read my book and fell asleep. The person doing the study was nice however she was watching a show on the computer hence the delay for our preparation. How do I know? I stood at the desk for quite a while waiting for her to ask a question. At 2:30am I was awakened by a cricket in my room chirping right by my head. She came in and banged around never getting to it because she didn’t want to move my bed. I could not sleep for the sleep study. It was a nightmare I was exhausted. I literally only slept a few hours prior and was awake the rest of the night. She convinced me to wait a little longer. I couldn’t take the stuff off my head, so I did. Shortly there after I drove home. I told my doctor that I was not asleep long enough for them to get a proper study and the information couldn’t possibly be accurate. Yet they sent the test results anyway. The doctor agreed! They billed my insurance and now want to turn me into a collection agency for a test that was not ever properly conducted. The amount of money they charge for the cheap old furniture and subpar service is astounding. Think of a cheap motel that’s what it’s like there. Do yourself a favor and wear the helmet you can get from the doctor take it home and sleep in your own bed with proper sleep for better results

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Treasure Coast sleep disorders, from scheduling my appointment easily with Donna to the facility itself which was clean and comfortable. The room was similar to a hotel room. The bed itself was comfortable, and there was a television set for some distraction. For me, the best part of the experience was my tech, Dinah who was extremely calming and reassuring, as I was quite nervous when I came in never having done a sleep study before. Dinah was both friendly and professional, responding to all of my needs in a very compassionate manner. If you need sleep testing done, I would highly recommend this facility.

Go elsewhere! I was extremely displeased and disappointed by my experience while having the Sleep Study performed. I was uncomfortable, inconvenienced, requests were dismissed, and I was spoken to in an inconsiderate and disrespectful manner. I refrained from disrespecting the woman who spent the night there, but it sure would have felt nice to stoop down to her level for a bit. I would most certainly NOT recommend this location... mostly due to the night time staff with whom I interacted. The facilities were adequate and low budget. There is a reason why this location which has been in business for years, has so few reviews. You'd think people who learn how to improve their rest and subsequently their lives, would have gratitude and want to help others gain the same benefit/advantage, but do yourself a favor and seek that knowledge /information elsewhere!

I was not the person having the study done.I was there as a caregiver, in case she needed help. Aaron the tech that was working Was exceptional. He saw to her every need. And he was very kind. The place was beautifully laid out very clean. If I had to say one thing , the recliner I slept on was extremely uncomfortable. If you find yourself going to the Treasure Coast Sleep disorders clinic, Know that you'll be in good hands.

If you must have a sleep study done I highly recommend Treasure Coast Sleep Disorders. I went last night & let me say, from the moment I stepped inside & was greeted by my technician, Sally, until I left this morning, she was very pleasant, courteous, etc. When I first called about ins & scheduling I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim, Lisa & lastly, Sandie. I must say that EVERY staff member I dealt with had the compassionate qualities you would like to find in the medical field. You know, that great bedside manner that many doctors don’t have. The facility in St. Lucie West was very clean, beds are comfy & they make you as comfortable as possible even with numerous electrodes all over you.
