I did not see a doctor, I was there for a initial overnight sleep study. From the start my technician (Emily I believe) was fantastic. I have such anxiety but she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was clean and very comfortable. Again I can not stress enough, if not for my technician and her very kind professional manner , I don't believe I would have completed the study. Highly recommend BMG if you need a sleep study.
Dr Block is a very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what happening with my visit and answer questions I may have. Dr Block is a very easy to talk with and such a nice person I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor
Buffalo Medical Group's sleep medicine Dept is amazing. Every PA or MD takes their time at every appointment. They ask pertinent questions and try to find the best solution. I personally think for the first time in a long time, I'm on my way to finding better sleep. Thank you Dr. Block and Gabriel!
Dr. Sandra Block was wonderful. Very easy to talk to and very attentive to detail. The only downside is that it took 3 months to schedule an initial visit and it will take a month for a follow up. Despite that, wonderful care.
Best Sleep disorder practice in Buffalo! Dr Block and her NP Susan are both super attentive and responsive to their patients needs. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and ORGANIZED! I don't have to wait on hold for 30 mins whenever I call! I switched to them from Dent about 2 years ago and have been so happy with their practice ever since! You are treated like a patient and not just a medical record number. I will never go anywhere else for my sleep disorder! And the sleep clinic is 100x better than Dent as well... the tech I had was so personable and calmed my anxieties when having to go thru the dreaded sleep studies. And the rooms are much better as well.... the fact that you get your own bathroom and don't have to share one like at Dent, is reason enough to switch in and of itself! (The only recommendation I have for the sleep studies is to bring your own pillows.... other than that I hope they're around as long as I need them!)
