I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care I received from my sleep technician, Peter. Not only was his clinical skill evident in every step of the process, but his personable nature made the experience truly comforting. Peter combined professionalism with genuine kindness, ensuring I felt both well cared for and at ease. It’s rare to find someone who can balance technical expertise with such a warm, approachable demeanor, and I’m grateful for the way he went above and beyond to make my sleep study a positive one.

An amazing experience! Excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, private restroom all made for an awesome experience. And RoseAnn who was my technician... an amazing lady who not only knows her job but obviously takes pride in making sure her patients getvthecbest possible care.
Absolutely horrendous experience with Steven R. Mohnssen! He was INCREDIBLY rude and condescending! I truly feel his horrible treatment was because I am a woman! And probably because I'm young (31). Other women will know what I'm talking about about.. He was extremely rude from the first moment he looked at me! He chuckled at my questions and made me repeat myself consistently! I felt like I was wasting his time from the moment I met him. He shamed my psychiatrist as "not a real doctor, it makes a difference *laugh" his words. (Oh she's a woman by the way) And a nurse practitioner with a master's in psychology. But not qualified enough for him to care what she has to say. He is the TEXTBOOK old man doctor who treats women poorly and doesn't think our concerns are valid. Because I have a history of mental health struggles, he chalked up all of my issues to that. I also mentioned my history of nocturnal seizures. Which he didn't care about at all. What a HORRIBLE human being! He should not be allowed to practice if this is how he treats patients! I wanted to walk out of the room in the first 2 minutes with him. It was horrible treatment from the very start. I ended up lasting about 10 minutes before calling him RUDE and walking out! I will definitely be filing a formal complaint! I truly hope the entire interaction was video taped. Although I doubt it because it was in his private office.
At first, my appointment was scheduled for later in July. However, I was given the option to be put on the waitlist in case of any cancellations. This was a fantastic service as it allowed me to be seen earlier. I was fortunate enough to be seen two weeks ahead of schedule. From the moment I made the initial phone call to the moment I arrived, I was treated with utmost care and everyone was exceptionally pleasant. Ryann, the technician assigned to me, was absolutely incredible. He took the time to ensure that I understood the entire process and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was open to my suggestions and answered all of my questions. The facility itself was truly amazing. It provided everything I needed to feel as comfortable as possible while being away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a sleep study, as it was clear that their main priority was to help me achieve better quality sleep.
