This review if for my husband, Kenneth Barton. It was so much easier doing a virtual visit versus having to drive 35 miles to Binghamton for a 15 minute or less appointment. Greatly appreciated this opportunity. Visit was great and PA was wonderful.
I am very pleased with the care, service and prompt response I receive from the staff and physicians. They listen and genuinely attempt to schedule appointments or manage my CPap adjustments as soon as possible.
Office was far busier than expected for an appointment first thing in the morning, not their fault but made me unexpectedly anxious. Almost every time I go they are on time but this was the first time they were late by 10-15 minutes. Other than that everything else was great, quick service once in the exam room and check out was a breeze.
Everyone was friendly and professional. All my conserns were listened to and we are working on getting better results. The Dr recommended a CPap nask change. I will have a follow up in 2 months. I was very pleased with this appointment out come.
