I did a home sleep study test on 3/4/2025 with a followup to be on 4/2/2025. I called on 3/17/2025 just to be sure the test didn't fail. It did fail - and no one called me! The next available appointment for the test is 4/18/2025 with a followup 3-4 weeks later!! Not okay!!!

I went here for a second opinion from Sleep Insights and wish I'd gone here first. I got an appointment in one day! Everyone was highly professional. Staff was friendly and upbeat. Dr. Zhavoronkova was brilliant. She listened, and provided a thorough exam and comprehensive discussion. She really spent a lot of time with me, and compared to the doctor at Sleep Insights, her knowledge was far superior.

My experience there during my initial consult was remarkable. From the fromt desk to the physician consult it was handled professionally, friendly and efficiently. I was happily shocked even during the consult, where in fact I had a more comprehensive exam and health interview than I have memory of ever having had at any dr visit before. Good job to everyone there!

I've had no problems with my sleep doctor. I have taken their sleep study which is very in-depth the room is comfortable and the nurses were wonderful to work with. All my follow-up appointments have been good and I've had no complaints.

The rooms for the test are quaint and they actually let you play on your cell phones if you wanted to unlike the last place I was at. All the stuff were very pleasant. When not taking naps for the narcolepsy test they let me pretty much do whatever I wanted instead of chaining me into the room. They even had snacks they gave out and of course vending machines. I will definitely come back here if I have to do more sleep studies in the future. The doctor I had was really nice as well although she wasn't able to give me the medication I needed because my insurance denied it. But she tried to push it through anyways because she knew I needed it.
