The doctor that I saw, wasn't very friendly neither his assistant. I feel as if I was rushed and that doctor didn't seem to be in a good mood. I wish I had gone to the Newburgh Rd. site. The front desk, the lady who came to get me from the waiting room and the lady who brought me my discharge papers, were very friendly. If I'm going to continue to do these surveys, I'm telling the truth.
Dr. Saad and his staff are great. From the front desk thru the intake nurse, the whole office was attentive to my concerns. They checked with my insurance company and it was time to replace my cpap machine and do a home sleep study again. I was thrilled.
The entire team was extremely nice, very attentive and I felt like I was being heard. My symptoms were addressed as well as a host of other things that could affect my sleep.
Always an easy appointment with Dr. Saad. He is right to the point about your care and responds to any questions or concerns.
