UPMC Carlisle Sleep Center is an AASM-accredited sleep center located in Carlisle, PA. The clinic specializes in home sleep testing, in-lab sleep testing (Polysomnography), and sleep medicine consultation. Patients can receive expert care for circadian rhythm disorders, insomnia, narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), pediatric sleep disorders, rem sleep behavior disorder (RBD), restless legs syndrome (RLS), and sleep-disordered breathing.

The wires took some getting used to but I haven't slept so well like that in ages, even if it was for just a few hours. Jen was an absolute blessing to work with as a technician. And will highly recommend this place to fellow snorers.
Kevin at the front desk was amazing. I lost some paperwork and he took time out of his day to help me pull my missing documents out of the ditch across the street. This guy needs a raise!!
Just got home from doing my in-house sleep study. It was a great experience (well, except for looking like Frankenstein's monster!). All of the staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive. The facility was very nice, and the room and bed were very comfortable. An extra perk was the community room, which had comfortable seating and snacks and drinks available on the counter and in the refrigerator. A big thanks to everyone who took care of me during their very long shift.
I love this place. They did a sleep study on me in 2013 and they were fantastic. Then when I called up years later to get my results staci was extremely helpful.
