I had a sleep study performed at this location. Sandra, the administrator, was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and straight forward. Nobody looks forward to this type of procedure, yet she made it more than tolerable. Thank you!!
Not much positive about this Wellspan place, after initial appointment with Wendy H, office forgot to call customer and set up the actual sleep study. So, after 2-3 weeks passed, patient had to call back to inquire about next steps and apparently, this disorganized office had misplaced my file. After completing an inconclusive in-home study and charging the insurance company about 1K for an inadequate service, now looking for another provider. Office manager also did not care about any of these concerns above either, no wonder this office is so incompetent...
