My one issue no comfortable recliner in the room as I have acid reflux and sleep sitting up most of the time
1. You can't get a person on the phone. After sitting through the menu, you're forced to leave a voicemail. 2. They never call you back. I had to ask my provider to reach out to them for me on multiple occasions. 3. I had a sleep study booked for two months before they submitted the prior authorization to my insurance...found out it was denied a week before my appointment was supposed to happen. I wasted two months waiting around (feeling terrible, sleeping badly) for nothing. I'll update if I'm ever able to get a study done with these folks. As of now, I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
My experience started off well meeting Ms. Faye, she was very helpful and very professional while working with my daughter for here sleep study. While I was sleeping I got woke up around 2am with a lot of thumbing and banging it continued on through the morning until 4am. Im from out of town so all this noise going on has interrupted my sleep and I have to get on the road between 5am and 6am. I am very annoyed with my stay here it was entirely to much noise going on.
