***UPDATE - SO IT HAS BEEN SINCE ATLEAST JULY SINCE MY 3rd SLEEP STUDY (4 MONTHS). YES, THEY HAD HAD ME DO 3 SLEEP STUDIES AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY RESULTS OR A MACHINE>>>TOTAL SCAM, I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB AND MY INSURANCE.I have the same review as those leaving reviews. I ended up calling 2 months after my at home sleep study and they told me to call my cardiologist. I called my cardiologist that day and left a message with my concern for no results as I was originally told I would hear from them in 3 weeks with my results. I ended up getting a call back from the sleep lab 3 days later on a Friday evening at 4pm was told my results were off the scales severe for sleep apnea, which I already knew because of my constant tiredness, neck size, my wife constantly telling me to roll on my side because of snoring etc. I was told they need to do an in-lab study to confirm what they should already know and that I would receive a call on the following Monday morning. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received a call. Maybe they are waiting on me to stroke out and die before I get the healthcare I need? Either way, I called tonight after business hours and was told by "Jeff" that I need to call back during business hours as he is not allowed to do anything, such as scribble down on a post-it note to call me. I just want to get better because at this rate, I know I need it, my BP is so high and I keep falling into micro-sleeps during the day at work at my high stress job. So far, this is an F for F-you in my book.
Over 6 weeks and still no results on my sleep test. Spoke to my primary care and they asked me if I spoke to a doctor. I told them just spoke to an attendant who told me how to use the equipment and I returned it the next day after my study was complete . I don’t know what’s going on there.
Waited over a month for results of my sleep study unticalled them. I called and wanted to speak to the nurse practioner and could only relay my question via front desk person who had no idea what I was talking about ...never got to speak to her. Terrible
Often no one answers the phone, and asked about a request several times, still no response.
I believe this place is a SCAM. I underwent a sleep study three weeks ago and no one has called me back concerning the results. I tried calling but always went to voice mail. No one ever calls back. If this place thinks I will be paying for something for which I received no results, Winchester Sleep Center is greatly mistaken.
