AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS They recommend expensive medications and spend months having you jump through hoops while doing the bare minimum for you. I’ve been to 5 appointments and have yet to receive actual treatment. Any tiny paperwork issue of course requires an appointment, scheduled a month+ out in advance. They’ll do nothing but waste your time as long as they can charge your insurance.

My experience at the Wyoming Sleep Study Center was not just disappointing — it was traumatizing. What was supposed to be a routine, supportive medical procedure turned into one of the most distressing healthcare encounters I’ve ever had. I left feeling shaken, unheard, and far more anxious than when I arrived. The staff’s attitude and behavior made me feel anything but safe or cared for. Instead of being guided through the process with clarity and compassion, I was met with indifference and confusion. At a time when I needed reassurance and professionalism, I got the opposite. The entire environment felt chaotic and dismissive, and I spent the whole experience feeling trapped and unsupported. What they call a “sleep study” felt more like a stressful ordeal that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. And as if the trauma of the experience wasn’t enough, now they’re sending me a bill that my insurance will cover — if the center would bother to actually bill my insurance. Instead of taking five minutes to submit a claim, they’ve chosen to send me repeated bills, adding unnecessary stress on top of everything else. It feels careless and disrespectful, and it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible experience with this clinic. Took well over 6 months to get in and get a sleep study. No one ever called and went over my results with me. Gave me very little information. They were borderline unwilling to work with me on my work schedule. But they didn't forget to send the very large bill. After paying them way too much money I'm still at square one health wise and I'm afraid to go back and have them try make things better. Horrible place and I highly recommend going somewhere else if you are needing a sleep study done.

my roommate went last night and was told his appointment changed. he was never notified and the staff has been extremely rude to him. The so called director instead of helping him and apologizing was blaming him for the mistake. He also received a call this morning and the receptionist was extremely rude and also blaming him for the mistake when my husband and I also heard the date he was told. Highly recommend going somewhere else to avoid the unprofessionalim.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions and treated my grandma with respect. I am happy in the the way they were able to help her and work with her GP doc and cardiologist to find the best solution for her health issues. She is still adjusting to the c-pap machine and Dr Tatenta is working with her during this period of adjustment.
