Called about back dating insurance and the one on the phone was in her own conversation like I was not even there. She would not listen to a word I was saying talking over me. Very Rude. Hopefully I will never have to deal with her again.
Very professional. Cody explained each step of the process and helped me understand the function and benefits of the use of the CPAP machine. I would recommend this place to anyone who might think that they have sleep apnea. 11/10.
Sketchy, tried double charging hoping I wouldn't notice at time of service. Only finding out now that the CPAP they provided was recalled, they never contacted me about it
My experience with American Sleep Diagnostics Center (ASDC) was terrible and I did not want to rate even a one star. I have experienced a successful study with another business so I can confidently say ASDC is sub par. I attempted 3 separate times to have a home sleep study and each time failed. The second business I attempted was a successful home study completed one night (as it should be). I was sent home from ASDC with their equipment for my first testing night and was told after few days the batteries were dead and unable to record. The second time the machine recorded incorrect hours and the third time it recorded about an hour. I would not recommend this business due to lack of professionalism and concern, poor equipment and inaccurate or no record keeping.
THIS PLACE WAS TOP NOTCH MAGGIE & CODY WHO WORKED WITH ME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING FOR MY SLEEP APNEA. UPON COMPLETING THE STUDY I COULD'NT BELIEVE WHAT A DIFFERENCE THE CPAP MACHINE MADE. I WISH I HAD DONE IT YEARS AGO.
