I've been going to see Dr Bruce Corser for several years and he's a terrific doctor. He carefully listens to you and discusses everything thoroughly.
Was polite and knowledgeable of my medical issue. Asked me multiple times if I have questions about Sleep Apnea. I plan to come back to the office going forward because it is much easier to be seen than the Kenwood office.
This is the first time I met Dr. Corser, and he was so kind, pleasant and really listened to me and my needs. Finally, I felt heard and feel like things are going to get better for me sleep wise. Very satisfied!
UPDATE!!! THIS PLACE ACTUALLY AFTER YEARS OF US FEELING LIKE WE WERE NOT HELPED WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP MY WIFE GET A SLEEP MASK FITTING NOT IN THEIR STORE. THEY HELPED WITH OUR INSURANCE AND WE WERE PROVIDED THIS FOR FREE. IM NOT SURE IF MY BAD REVIEW PREVIOUSLY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LATE HELP IT WAS ACTUALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF MY WIFE. THANK YOU FOR HELPING HER AND OUR SITUATION. this place is a joke. my wife has been struggling with sleep apnea for multiple years and has been to this location multiple times. the people that work here obviously do not take their job seriously. they do not listen to my wife and the doctor who is in charge does not even do their job in a timely manner. they ordered a pulse-ox for my wife to wear to monitor her oxygen at home and then said they could not accept the results as they didn't believe it was on her finger, that was after them denying to accept her smart watch results. they have never followed up on any aspect of her treatment, not following up with a titration study when it was standard to do so and her oxygen has been dangerously low for two years. they have called her numerous times to tell her that they have a cpap machine for her even though from day one they were informed that she purchased her own. results of sleep studies are never read and looked over in a timely manner and never contact her with results. they also do not contact us when aspects of her care are denied by insurance to find another path. they just leave us guessing. perhaps find another place to have your sleep study done if you are having actual life threatening and life changing issues. my wife has had crippling vertigo for almost 3 years constantly and its all related to her oxygen levels at night which her smart watch and the previously mentioned pulse-ox have confirmed that they dont accept. I sleep next to her every night and hear and watch her stop breathing. I do a better job of monitoring her sleep. our lives have been altered in a horrible way because she has not been able to get help and this is the location we have constantly be pushed to for sleep studies and help. we will be paying out of pocket for our next sleep study at a new location because insurance says we dont qualify for another due to wasting our time going her.
Kris in the Eastgate office is great. A shipment to my house was delayed for a reason out of their control. He made sure to rectify it immediately so I didn't have to wait any longer. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kris.
