Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Amanda is great. Went out of her way to get me started on zepbound which is already showing positive results for my sleep apnea.
I dread the 5-minute visit scheduled once a year to evaluate my CPAP machine. (I benefit greatly, and use my CPAP every single night.) But, this year was different. This year I met with the nurse practitioner and had a lively discussion. I learned a lot, and have a couple of options before me now. All smiles here.
The Sleep Management Institute is the best sleep medicine clinic I've found! I travel an hour for appointments with Amanda, and it's worth the drive. Reception on the phone and in office are always helpful and kind. Amanda is an excellent listener. She took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
The office is very friendly, and very comfortable. I had an issue with my CPAP machine, but they worked on it until they figured out the problem. And they were so kind! Dr. Corser is the kindest, gentlest doctor I have ever had. I trust him completely.
I'm also not sure why the negative reviews. All the interactions I have had with the staff here have been overall positive. The overnight staff person that handled the equipment setup for the sleep study I thought was personable and professional.
