There are lots of older bad reviews which don't reflect experience. I had a great experience. Staff were professional, friendly, patient, and warm. Answered all of my questions and did an all around great job.
Yes, the overnight sleep study staff was lousy. BUT the staff at the Sleep Center itself is amazing - especially Stephanie my follow-up caregiver. She is thorough, caring, and approachable. Thank you St Charles for literally saving my life!
My appointment was cancelled by the office. My doctor is no longer there. They won't let me see the other doctors (there's only 2), because all CPAP FOLLOW-UP appointments are seen by the Nurse Practitioner or the Physician Assistant. I'm 64 yrs old on Medicare & I'd rather see a Doctor. I plan on going elsewhere & been seen by a DOCTOR.
Disappointed in the lack of communication from the front desk and billing department. I was referred by a doctor who said service would be covered. then asked 3 more times prior to first meeting with specialist. All assured me coverage was available. It was not. Foutunatly I was able to cancel the sleep study, but was still charged 300+ for a 10 minute visit. The front desk was rude, combative, and placed the blame squarly on me. If you have an option besides this place please look into it. Avoid at all cost.
