I cannot believe how in-pathetic the people at the front desk are. Everyone has their one strangles in life but they don’t need to try to pass them to others Unfortunately we don’t come to this office because is pleasant.
Great experience with my physician. She was wonderful as well as the MA and I felt well cared for. Good clinical experience. Once it was established that I have apnea there has been no urgency on their part to get my prescription etc to a vendor. One week ago today I requested that that the needed information be sent to My chosen vendor to get a CPAP machine and we're still awaiting that. Very poor customer service.
As a Disabled Veteran with PTSD and other mental issues and they can not accommodate our Veterans. You have no options of taking their equipment to be returned asap. Some people can't do that and now I can't have a sleep study done because I got messed up serving out country. Please find another sleep center
Seems that once they get your money. Patient care seems to be the last thing on there list. Numerous call no call back to get prescription for supplies......
I had a most wonderful visit to the Redmond sleep center. My consultation was with Debora Reif-Adams. I can't put into words enough praise to do this young NP true justice. She was the most informative representative of the medical profession that I have talked with in many years.......... I left our lengthy ( not rushed in any way ) visit with all of my questions and concerns answered. I will highly recomend Debora Reif-Adams to anyone and everyone ! ! !
