Do not use them.. Been a patient for over 10 years, now I have to make office appointment for basic parts and consumables on a yearly basis. The say its "law" or Insurance required or whatever...........I called them on it No Law! No Insurance requirement I checked with insurance company! The employees are given false statements to propagate to patents to drive office visit revenue period. I call to get part numbers for my machines filters and I am given the machine name and told to look for them on the internet......... I ask them so you guys do not stock by part number..."no" so I ask what you just go to the bin for that machine and pull them out "yes"... As a materials management professional for 30+ years that's an extremely poor model. So in short they will lie to you and refuse to provide what I would consider the basic services for any equipment supplier........... I.e. I buy a Ram from Lia Chrysler, and want to get a part number so I can look up to find correct part thru other means they will give me the part number and not some lie and run around!!!!
This is without a doubt the best place to be treated for sleep disorders in the capital district. I recently lost someone very close to me who suffered sleep apnea for 35 years and he died on a waiting list to get tested at another facility. I begged him to call St. Peter’s and who knows it might have saved him. Don’t put your loved ones at the same risk. Stop scrolling. This place is the best
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a medical facility. After waiting almost a month and a half for my first appointment, I had to wait another month for my follow-up that could have been done a week after my first. Make my appointment in time only to wait 45 minutes in the lobby and then be told I have to reschedule because they never checked me in properly. But then the person after my appointment didn't show up, so they had an opening, but noooooo the provider decided to have two openings with nothing to do just before their lunch break now I have to wait yet another week. The organization is laughable
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at St. Peter’s Sleep Center. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Applebee was incredibly thorough and compassionate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the process in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Their depth of knowledge and genuine care made me feel confident in the treatment plan. The technicians were equally outstanding—skilled, patient, and attentive. They ensured the testing process was as comfortable as possible, answering my questions and making me feel at ease throughout. The administrative staff deserves just as much praise. They were friendly, efficient, and accommodating, making scheduling and paperwork a breeze. Overall, the level of care and professionalism I received at St. Peter’s Sleep Center was second to none. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking sleep-related care!
I have had great experiences here with the nurse practitioner, other staff, and the medical supply department folks. In fact, they are always professional, accommodating, and pleasant. It was initially a little difficult a couple years ago to book my first appointment, but once I got in everything has been easy. The medical supply department (for CPAP supplies) is easy to contact on the phone and they fill equipment orders very quickly (same day usually). I don’t know why there are negative reviews… maybe older… but I’ve had very good experiences. Thanks!
