Everyone here is absolutely lovely!!! Everyone knows what they're doing, and the technicians all seem genuinely concerned about patient comfort. Couldn't recommend a better sleep center! If you're going in for a polysomnography or MSLT, I found the beds to be quite comfortable, but you may want to bring your own blankets and pillows if you're accustomed to them. If it's too warm, the windows can be opened.
Friendly staff. My doctor always lets me ask all the questions I have, and the front desk people are very nice.
The only thing I didn't really care about what this place was and and I'm gonna see what she looks like. But the person that is drawing your labs. At my experience from the day I was there and always the same very like robotic. Not friendoesn't take it easy kind of rough. I mean, I can handle it, but her disposition.Shouldn't she not be doing that stuff?Because it's just not the job for her.If you have no like people's skills it's my opinion
It's easy to park your car and the security will assist you if you need them .The sleep clinic staff are very polite and explain the procedures .This was my 2nd time at the sleep clinic and I was very satisfied with the way they treated me .
SPHP needs to clean up the facility. The elevator in garage is absolutely gross. The carpet in checkin is stained. Can’t even see the only registration person in the corner at 8:30 am. The phlebotomist was great though. Fast, efficient and very skilled.
