Justin is one of the best healthcare techs I’ve come across. We were blessed to receive his care during our stay at the sleep study. 4 stars because I think that the pediatric unit could be a little more kid friendly!
Our son had a sleep study scheduled and the only positive thing about the experience was the nurse on staff when we went in for the study. She was very kind and explained everything extremely well. If you have a sleep study scheduled on a weekend and need to reschedule/cancel, there is no one on staff during the weekend to facilitate this. Getting ahold of someone to ask about results is nearly impossible. When we finally did, they stated the results had already been sent to the referring doctor. When I called our doctor, they had still not received the results so I had to call St. Vincent back but have still not been able to get ahold of anyone. If you’re looking to schedule a pediatric sleep study, I would highly suggest trying Riley before going through the Peyton Manning/St. Vincent hospital.
