My Sleep Technician, Mona, was truly wonderful. She was so caring, comforting, and professional. Mona took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was happening, and she constantly checked in with a warm and reassuring manner. She plugged in my phone, made sure my items were in reach and positioned the fan perfectly! Above and beyond - her positive attitude made a huge difference. Overall, my experience was five stars. From the moment I arrived, she provided a thorough explanation of the procedure, answered all of my questions clearly, and ensured I was comfortable before beginning. Her attention to detail during the setup and monitoring was outstanding, and she maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness and respect for my rest during the night. Ramona’s calm and reassuring manner transformed what could have been an anxious experience into one that was smooth and stress-free. This was my first time doing a sleep study. The facility was nice and clean and I felt safe and comfortable there. I mean yes the wires made me less uncomfortable but that is to be expected and it was still not too bad. They had a tv set up to use. I was concerned about it being awkward seeing other people but I didn’t see anyone. I think they stagger arrivals etc. The bathroom is down the hall, just as an FYI, but it’s very clean. I would def recommend this facility.
