It’s been great working with Zeeba for my sleep apnea needs. Not only have they helped with my sleep, but they’ve also been able to assist me with my weight loss journey as well, resulting in a significant improvement in my overall health. Highly recommend this sleep center and their staff, very supportive and thorough.
Please show some empathy or compassion for the people who are seeking your help. I arrived at my appt 15 min early was taken back to a room quickly. Then I waited an hour. When the NP came in started going over my results, I expressed how I felt and in a round about kind of way I was told that anxious patients cause delays and that wasn’t about to happen with me. To clarify the patient before me was anxious about his results so the provider had to spend extra time with him and now I was being anxious about how I felt but I was not going to get the same consideration as the previous patient. This is what I got from that statement . So basically just listen to my results, take the solution I give you and I was only going to get 10 minutes of his time. Did he say that verbatim… no but I got 10 minutes of his time. Also I am being generous with the time the provider spent with me it could have actually been less.
Dr. Jarvis and the support staff are very professional and courteous. They all do a great job explaining the different treatment options and diagnostic tests. Jeremiah was great during my in-lab sleep study, and Dr. Jarvis got me set up with a CPAP that's definitely improved my sleep and life. Overall, I would highly recommend this office!
If you can GET YOUR SLEEP STUDY DONE ELSEWHERE! 1 star is generous. By reading the other reviews it seems like respect for time is non-existent here. Waited over an hour for my consult that lasted 15 min. They didn’t have any of my past results from a few years ago and no apologies for running late. When making the appointment to pick up the at home sleep study machine, I asked for them to call me beforehand to let me know about my copay and insurance coverage so I wasn’t surprised. I didn’t get a call until Friday afternoon for my MONDAY appointment which I would have had to pay a $50 cancellation fee if I wasn’t covered. Ridiculous. When I went to pick up my machine for the at-home sleep study, the “walk-through” was basically an employee telling me how to download an app and put on a ring. During the initial consult, I was not told I could not wear my CPAP during the test. Otherwise I would not have scheduled to pick it up on a Monday as I need it to function for work. Staff is just going through the motions and absolutely no clue on bedside manner.
Very disappointed in this place and would not recommend it. The place is run poorly, staff doesn’t communicate with you to tell you the doctor is running late. We waited an hour at the first meeting also with no apologies. It was not very clean. The day of the sleep study the sheets on the bed didn’t look clean. Like someone else had already used them. It is such a clinical setting it was hard to relax and actually sleep. As I write this review, we have already been waiting over an hour for the follow up appointment to the sleep study. I would walk out of here if I didn’t need the results.
