They charged my $480 for an at-home sleep study, which was "inconclusive." Then, they charged me $175 on Christmas Eve without any explanation. They haven't charged my insurance (in-network) due to mistake, and you have to call multiple times and locations for the slightest answer.
I had a great experience with Comprehensive Sleep Care Center. My agent, Dost, was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up my appointment with my sleep doctor. He was quick, courteous, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and efficiency.
Wahidullah Dost, Medical Assistant was extremely kind and personable. You never know how someone will touch you with kindness and his professionalism and warm spirit put us at ease going into an appointment that is very critical to my daughter's health. So glad we found this practice.
The Comprehensive sleep center staff in Kingstowne was awesome. The young lady at the desk was very helpful, the medical assistant, Mr. Dost, was kind & thorough, & Dr Sanharwal explained in detail everything I needed to know. Overall, an excellent experience.
My first experience with The Comprehensive Sleep Care Center out of Alexandria was a good one. I had the pleasure of communicating with Mr. Dost and Mr. Fraser for my pre-appointment document and form items. The tele visit with Dr. Sabharwal was good as well. I felt she was well prepared and acquainted with my situation and offered expert advise on next steps which I appreciated. The checkout process was also easy and nice. Overall, I would recommend so far.
